Over 5,000m˛ of Expona Simplay PUR loose lay luxury vinyl tiles were chosen to create a beautiful working environment for OMERS employees in their new Ernst & Young Tower office.
The Light Classic Oak and Dark Country Oak designs from the Expona Simplay collection were selected for the interior design scheme. This flooring was installed by Resource Interiors Inc, working for The Jesslin Group Ltd.

Interior designers Figure 3 chose to work with Polyflor Canada because of their reliable customer service and a great selection of products. Expona Simplay was also an ideal vinyl plank to work with the surrounding floor coverings, as it’s 5mm gauge fits perfectly alongside carpet tiles.

Standing at 40-storeys tall, the Ernst & Young Tower is Toronto’s first AAA class office building constructed to LEEDŽ Platinum standards.
