High performance Expona SimpLay PUR loose lay luxury vinyl tiles were recently used to create a stunning office interior for the London headquarters of global biopharmaceutical company Stallergenes Greer.
Designed by Resonate Interior Architecture, heavy commercial Expona SimpLay flooring in two contrasting wood effect designs was chosen for the refurbishment of Stallergenes Greer’s Bernard Street office. Approximately 800mē of flooring in Grey Country Oak and Rich Walnut was installed by Sanson Contracts Ltd flooring contractors in the reception area, meeting rooms, offices, corridors and breakout areas.

Launched in early 2016 by Polyflor, the Expona SimpLay loose lay tile collection is an adhesive-free, ready to lay product designed to reduce installation time. Available in a range of 38 wood, stone and abstract effects, each plank or tile can easily be installed, lifted and reinstalled elsewhere without leaving any residue.

This hard wearing premium vinyl floorcovering is designed to cope with the demands of busy office environments where there are high levels of footfall. Expona SimpLay is also enhanced with Polyflor PUR, an exclusive and robust polyurethane reinforcement which is cross linked and UV cured to protect the floor and reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
