Expona Control, the groundbreaking slip resistant Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) brand, has recently been installed across four assisted living housing sites, each managed by Broxbourne-based social housing provider; B3Living.
Developed for use in areas which receive high footfall, Expona Control is the first flooring product of its type, combining the design benefits of an LVT with the sustainable slip resistance of an HSE compliant safety floor. Over 900mē of Expona Control’s Classic Oak was installed by Cheshunt Flooring of Hertfordshire throughout the communal living areas within four of their assisted living schemes.
