Concrete effect Expona Flow PUR sheet vinyl flooring was used to create a contemporary interior design scheme at Staffordshire University’s Mellor Building in Stoke-on-Trent.
The £4.5 million project to refurbish the top three floors of the Mellor Building, home to the Schools of Computing and Engineering, is part of a £40 million project to improve Staffordshire University's Stoke-on-Trent campuses.

Installed by Westcotes Flooring Ltd contractors, the Dark Grey Concrete design used in break out and study areas inside the Mellor Building is from the Expona Flow Concrete collection of heterogeneous vinyl flooring. This concrete effect provides the perfect contrast the bright orange, green and blue furniture incorporated into the interior design scheme.

Manufactured in the UK, the Expona Flow PUR collection of heterogeneous vinyl flooring features 50 wood, stone and abstract designs in a 2 metre sheet format and 2mm gauge for heavy commercial environments including the education sector.
